In August, our Rinnen trainees induction marked the beginning of an exciting journey for our new colleagues. The induction day at our headquarters in Moers location (Germany) ran from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m., giving trainees a warm welcome and their first insights into life at Rinnen.
The morning schedule included:
- Company introduction: overview of Rinnen’s objectives, values, and workplace culture.
- Safety training: ensuring all new colleagues understand our high safety standards.
- Data protection training: covering essential compliance and GDPR policies.
One of the highlights of the Rinnen trainees induction was a personal goal-setting exercise. Each trainee wrote down their professional objectives, sealed them in envelopes, and entrusted them to Rinnen for future reflection. The morning concluded with a group photo, followed by trainees joining their respective departments.
