As part of the “Skilled Workers from Abroad” project, three groups of internship drivers visited our facilities in Moers, Germany – two groups from Spain and one from Italy.
The internship started with a three-day program:
• Day 1: Participants received an introduction to the company, including occupational safety training and ADR 1.3 instruction. This was followed by a guided tour in RINNEN Moers and a short visit to Moers city.
• Day 2: The participants accompanied our trainee drivers on their regular routes, gaining a realistic insight into the daily work of a professional driver.
• Day 3: We held a final feedback session, followed by the official farewell.

Participants will spend 4.5 months obtaining their driver’s license and they are already learning German. Once they complete the program, they can start their careers as professional drivers. Raphael, Efi, and Oliver coordinate the project.

We have received very positive feedback from all participants:
“Thank you all so much, it was a great moment we all had and it will be a memory we will live to remember.”
“Thank you so much for all and we will ever remained grateful for this memorable hospitality, have a good night and hope seeing you soon.”
“Thank you so much for your hospitality! See you in April, or maybe even sooner! Thank you!”
“I would like to thank you a thousand times for this wonderful evening yesterday. We really had a time full of joy, laughter and good vibes. Thanks to you, we felt like a real family. Your warm welcome and kindness touched us deeply. We are very grateful for everything you do for us.”
“The warm welcome you gave us from the start gave us a great deal of confidence. Your friendliness, kindness and the way you made us feel part of the team had a very positive impact on the start of our experience.
When we had the opportunity to accompany a driver from the RINNEN company throughout his working day, the experience could not have been more positive. From the very beginning, they explained in detail how they carry out their daily work and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism.
During the tour, we were able to observe first-hand the organization, safety and care with which each task is carried out. The driver showed us his routine step by step, from the initial vehicle checks to the various deliveries and tasks of the day. We were particularly impressed by the team’s coordination and the high level of responsibility with which they deal with every situation.
The atmosphere was friendly and cordial at all times, which made the experience not only educational, but also very enjoyable. We sincerely thank RINNEN for the opportunity to experience this day from the inside and to discover the professionalism and commitment that characterize their work.
We sincerely hope that we lived up to the expectations placed on us. Without a doubt, it has been a very enriching experience that we greatly value.”
“You were wonderful hosts. Your dedication and warmth were the icing on the cake. See you next year, team! 🤗👍”
“Many thanks to the entire Rinnen team for everything. You treated us wonderfully. These days have been great and we have learned many things, which motivates us even more to move forward with this project and gives us a clearer idea of what steps to take next. We are very happy to have met you and hope to be back in Germany soon. 👌🏽👍🏽”
