Safety at work is one of the most important issues that a company has to address, true to the motto \u201cCome healthy and leave healthy\u201d. For us, acting responsibly in occupational safety means controlling all factors that can endanger the safety and health of employees at work. In addition to protection against work-related accidents and work-related health risks, it also includes health promotion and consideration of psychological stress. Occupational safety and health protection are therefore not just about preventing occupational accidents, occupational diseases and work-related health risks. Ensuring occupational safety when working with contractors is also playing an increasingly important role for companies. Be it the firmly integrated transport partner who handles transport on our behalf, the construction company who carries out work on the RINNEN premises, or the cleaner who cleans the offices after work. Conversely, well-established company health protection has a positive effect on the company – fewer absences among the workforce also strengthens the company’s competitiveness. Everyone is responsible for their own safety and the safety of their colleagues through their behavior.<\/p>\n
