The induction day at our <strong>headquarters in<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"805\">Moers location (Germany)<\/strong> ran from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m., giving trainees a warm welcome and their first insights into life at Rinnen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"947\">The morning schedule included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"976\">Company introduction:<\/strong> overview of Rinnen\u2019s objectives, values, and workplace culture.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1133\"><strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1065\">Safety training:<\/strong> ensuring all new colleagues understand our high safety standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1216\"><strong data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1165\">Data protection training:<\/strong> covering essential compliance and GDPR policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1554\">One of the <strong data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1276\">highlights of the Rinnen trainees induction<\/strong> was a personal goal-setting exercise. Each trainee wrote down their professional objectives, sealed them in envelopes, and entrusted them to Rinnen for future reflection.
