We’re proud to announce that RINNEN is now an official member of Women in Logistics EU (WIL), a growing industry-wide initiative dedicated to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and resilient European logistics sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the logistics industry continues to evolve, bringing together different perspectives, experiences, and talents is essential for building stronger teams, improving decision-making, and delivering better outcomes for customers and partners alike.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Why Women in Logistics Matters<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Women in Logistics (WIL) is an industry-led initiative that brings together logistics providers, chemical producers, and trade associations to promote greater gender balance across the European logistics and supply chain sector. With women representing less than 6% of truck drivers in Europe and the industry facing ongoing labour shortages, WIL is working to demonstrate that diversity is not only the right thing to do, it is a business advantage<\/strong>. Research consistently shows that more diverse teams are more innovative, resilient, and better equipped to solve complex challenges.<\/p>\n

Through collaboration, data-driven initiatives, networking, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, WIL empowers organisations to create more inclusive workplaces while helping to address the industry’s talent gap<\/strong>.
