We’re proud to announce that RINNEN is now an official member of Women in Logistics EU (WIL), a growing industry-wide initiative dedicated to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and resilient European logistics sector.
At RINNEN, we believe that diversity drives innovation. As the logistics industry continues to evolve, bringing together different perspectives, experiences, and talents is essential for building stronger teams, improving decision-making, and delivering better outcomes for customers and partners alike.
Why Women in Logistics Matters
Women in Logistics (WIL) is an industry-led initiative that brings together logistics providers, chemical producers, and trade associations to promote greater gender balance across the European logistics and supply chain sector. With women representing less than 6% of truck drivers in Europe and the industry facing ongoing labour shortages, WIL is working to demonstrate that diversity is not only the right thing to do, it is a business advantage. Research consistently shows that more diverse teams are more innovative, resilient, and better equipped to solve complex challenges.
Through collaboration, data-driven initiatives, networking, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, WIL empowers organisations to create more inclusive workplaces while helping to address the industry’s talent gap. To learn more about the initiative, visit the official Women in Logistics website: www.women-in-logistics.eu
